Rates

Our rates are based on 2 people sharing, per room per night including breakfast. Kindly note that a 50% deposit will be required and, as we are currently unable to accept credit/debit cards, all payments must be made by cash or cheque (made payable to R Welham).

Double room (en-suite facilities)

£84 (£68 for single occupancy)

Twin room (private, not-ensuite, facilities)

£78 (£62 for single occupancy)

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is any time after 2pm and check-out is up to 11am.

Cancellations

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur and provided we are given 3 clear days notice no charge will be made. Otherwise we will charge for the length of the stay up to 3 days but if we are able to re-let the room we will credit the amount back.
