Set in a quiet close, the thatched cottage is Grade II listed and has been lovingly restored from a former 17th century farmhouse and small barn. Our home has many period features and is decorated to a high standard.

Lavender Cottage is located in the attractive conservation area of Old Kidlington and provides an idyllic base for business or leisure in the Oxfordshire area.

Our charming guest bedrooms are appointed to five star quality with flat screen ‘Freeview' TV, free high-speed internet and a well-stocked beverage tray. We have a double room with king size bed and en-suite shower and a twin-bedded room with luxury private bathroom.

Delicious breakfasts are served in the spacious dining room. We use organic produce, where possible, and we source from local suppliers as much as we can.

Lavender Cottage is a non-smoking establishment that offers high quality service and excellent hospitality. We are close to the popular tourist destinations of Blenheim Palace (Woodstock) and Oxford. The Cotswolds are nearby and the proximity of the M40 motorway makes it an ideal base for day trips to London or Stratford-upon-Avon. Excellent shopping is near-by in Oxford and at the 'Bicester Village' designer outlet. Parking is free and available directly outside.
